Recital Information

The students of BTS participate in a recital at the end of the school year. The recital date and show times will be announced at a later date.

Two weeks prior to the recital, rehearsals will be scheduled at the studio and the theater. Continual class absences cause unnecessary stress on both the teachers and the students. It is imperative that your child attends these rehearsals, as well as regular classes in the months leading up to the recital. Students with severe absences may be removed from their recital pieces. Students must be present for 50% of the scheduled class time to be considered present for that session.

Souvenir Programs

In order to help offset the cost of the recitals, advertisements are sold for a souvenir program which is available for purchase at the theatre the day of the recital.  Students purchase space to display their photos with sentiments from friends and family members.  These books sell for $10.00 each.  They are not sold before the day of the recital.

Recital Tickets

Each family receives four (4) complimentary tickets to the recital of your choice. Any extra tickets which are needed by the family or friends will be sold for $10.00 each. Although we use a first come, first served system, no one will be allowed to purchase more than six (6) extra tickets (not including the four complimentary tickets) until every student has received at least their four (4) comp tickets. This is to ensure that everyone has a seat in the theater. This may change with any new COVID restrictions that the theater implements.
